COMMISSION POLICY

  • I currently accept character commissions based on image references, written descriptions, or custom design requests.
  • To ensure the best results, please provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date references. The final artwork quality depends heavily on the information provided.
  • All required details must be submitted in one complete form. If your order has not yet started, you may resubmit an updated request.
  • Completed artwork may not be edited, recolored, or altered by other artists or the client. Cropping (e.g., for profile pictures) is allowed.
  • I will gladly fix any mistakes made on my end (such as not following references correctly).
  • Revisions requested due to unclear or missing information may be limited, so please ensure your instructions are detailed and accurate.

DISCLAIMER

  • I reserve the right to decline or refund a commission if I am unable to complete the request for any reason.
  • These terms may be updated or clarified at any time to ensure a fair and transparent experience for both the client and the artist.

PAYMENT

  • A minimum upfront payment of 30% is required before work begins.
  • Payments below 30% may affect pricing, while payments above 50% may qualify for discounts.
  • Orders can be updated before work begins by submitting a new complete request form.
  • All clients must be 18+ and legally able to agree to these terms.

INVOICE & AGREEMENT

  • By paying the invoice, you agree to all terms and confirm this as a paid service contract.
  • Once work has started, refunds are generally not available.
  • If I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be issued.
  • Standard completion time is 2 to 6 weeks.
  • If no progress is made within 8 weeks, you may request a full refund or choose to continue waiting.

WIP UPDATES (WORK IN PROGRESS)

  • You will receive progress updates at each major stage to ensure transparency and allow feedback.

ART RIGHTS & USAGE

  • I retain full artistic rights to all commissioned artwork, including use in portfolios, social media, and promotional content (with proper credit to you).
  • You may use the artwork for personal purposes such as profile pictures, banners, and social media, with proper credit and a link back to the artist.
  • Full ownership (work-for-hire rights) must be agreed upon before the commission begins.
  • Final artwork will be delivered to the original client, and any public posts will include proper credit to both the commissioner and the character owner.
